Booking Terms

• Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday unless previously agreed.
• All other stays are for a minimum of 2 nights.
• Arrival time is 4pm on the start day and departure is 10 am on the leaving day.
• The cottage is unable to accommodate pets unless previously arranged at time of booking
• The cottage is not suitable for children under 2 years.
• The cottage has no disabled access.
• The cottage is a NO SMOKING environment.
• A non- refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking
• The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of your stay.
• Provisional bookings will be held for 24 hours unless a prior arrangement is made.
• The cottage has accommodation for 5 people.
